BRODIE, Josephine. Passed away at home Monday 20th May 2024 after a short illness bravely fought. Beloved mother of Dean and John (deceased). Dear friend of John Beck and Michael (Dean's partner). Sister to Patrick and John Brodie. Special thanks to North Shore Hospice for their outstanding care of Josephine in her home. An historic figure in the New Zealand fashion industry, Josephine will be sadly missed by all. Privately cremated.

We have just learned of Josephine's passing. We are saddend and send our deepest condolences to her family and to John Beck.
Josephine made a great impression on us and it was a pleasure to have her friendship and work ethic in times gone by.

I shared a wonderful friendship with Josephine for many years - beginning in June, 1984 when I discovered her dress shop in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
We enjoyed many good times together and I will miss her greatly.
My condolences to John Beck, her son Dean, and her brothers, Patrick and John.
