COOK, Joseph Bowen On 4 October 2014 at North Shore Hospital, aged 92 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Lorraine, Graham and Cathy, Vicki and Mike, and Debbie and Frank. Loved Grandfather of Lianne, Dion, the late Samuel, Natasha, Aimee, Ben, Joseph, Jaimee, Michael, Lewis, Megan and Nikki. Loved Great Grandfather of Blake and Max. Loved brother of Patricia, Ross, Jan, and the late Eileen and Victor. "May you sail free running with the wind." The family extends a special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of North Shore Hospital for their wonderful care and attention. A service will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dils Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Rd, Albany on Tuesday 7 October at 3.30pm, followed by interment at North Shore Memorial Park.
