Dear Andrea we have never met but I knew Jono through work. He was a quiet and humble man. I was so very sorry to read of his passing. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Words are so inadequate at a time like this but my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

What I loved about Jono was that he always appeared to be cool, calm and collected but when you least expected it, he had the best sense of humour. You will be missed!

BAKER, Jonathan Michael (Jono). Born October 18, 1974. Passed away on June 27, 2024. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Jonathan Michael Baker on Thursday 27th June in Horsham Downs, Waikato. Jono was the youngest son of Jeanette and Cliff Baker of Tauranga (formerly Auckland). Jonathan is survived by his parents Jeanette and Cliff Baker and his brothers Gavin and Philip and their families and children: Donna, Charlie, Harry and Kumiko, Matthew, and Emilie. Your memory is our keepsake with which we will never part. While God has you in his keeping, you will forever be in our hearts.
