John WRIGHT Obituary
WRIGHT, John Humphrey. Retired RNZAF (Y78268) Warrant Officer, MT FIT, of Orewa, died on 6 August 2024 in his sleep after a short illness, aged 85. Much loved husband of Laraine, loved father and father-in-law of Jacqui and Neil, Jo and Mike, and Greg and Sera, brother of the late Jim and Joy. Loving Poppa of Jackson, Mackenzie, Jorja, Stella, Lachlan and Lily. In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to the New Zealand Heart Foundation. A memorial service for John will be held at Forrest Funeral Services, 39 Riverside Road, Orewa on Tuesday 13 August 2024 at 2pm.

A great guy with high ideals and stimulating conversation. We always enjoyed his company and shared many laughs over the years. John will be sadly missed. Condolences to all the family. Our loving thoughts will be with you all on Tuesday. Shirley and Bill.
