John WILLIS Obituary

WILLIS, John Kenneth. Born 21st September 1955 at St Helens Auckand. Darling best friend of Susan for 32 years. Hone passed away 27th November 2018 after a courageous battle. Many thanks to the medical teams who have supported and treated Hone since before 2006. Loved eldest son of Aroha Materoa Edmonds and John Buckley Willis, and eldest brother to Carol, Mark, Gail, Kerry and Raewyn, Fiona, Rodney, Ursula, Susan and Rewa. Nephew, cousin and Uncle to his large family who he loved dearly. Friend to many from the days in Otara and Otahuhu college through to Auckland Uni, Grey Lynn and Old friends and Facebook. He will be sadly missed for his kindness, humour and wide ranging knowledge, that he loved to hotly debate, no grudges all with love and respect.
