The New Zealand Rheumatology Association would like to pay tribute to Moore Tweed. He has made an outstanding contribution to the field of rheumatology in Wellington. He has been involved in the tutoring and mentoring of many young rheumatologists over the years and he cared for many patients with rheumatic diseases with great skill and empathy. His passing is mourned but his contribution to medicine and humanity celebrated. On behalf of my colleagues please accept the condolences of the rheumatology community from around New Zealand.
