TRODD, John William. On Tuesday the 26th of March 2024, just one day before his 90th birthday, John passed away suddenly during his morning walk in Tauranga. Adored husband of Jacky for over 67 years. Treasured dad of Stephen and the late Jacqui; and Sue and Brian. Much loved grandad of 6 and great grandad of 5. John is also the loving big brother of Wyn, and he will be missed dearly by his nephews and their families. "A creative and passionate wood worker who will be remembered through all the amazing pieces he has created for us over the years". In accordance with John's wishes, a private cremation has been held.
