John TODD Obituary

TODD, Sir John Desmond. CNZM, KNZM. At home on Wednesday 29 July 2015, with family, after a short illness. Dearly loved husband of Teena. Beloved Father of Michael, Jenny, Katrina and Nicki, and his extended family Bill, Kym, Peta and Tom and their families. Cherished Grandad of all his grandchildren. No flowers please, however donations may be made to the Gillies McIndoe Research Institute, PO Box 7184, Newtown 6242. The family would like to extend special thanks to Professor Swee Tan, Mr Craig MacKinnon, and the staff at the Hutt Hospital, and the Care Direct Nurses at home. A service to celebrate the life of Sir John will be held at the Wellington Cathedral of St Paul, Molesworth Street, Thorndon on Tuesday 4th August at 2pm, thereafter private cremation.
