John THOMPSON Obituary

THOMPSON, John Stanley (Thommo). It is with heavy hearts that we advise that Thommo passed away suddenly on Thursday 21 November 2024 aged 64 years. Much loved husband of Darrell, loved father of Jordan and Letisha, Ashley and Mikaela, and Jarrod. Very proud grandfather of Theodore. Much loved brother of Janet. A celebration of his life will be held in two places (Thommo didn't do things by halves!!). Funeral service will be held at the Mangere Lawn Cemetery, McKenzie Road, Thursday 28 November 2024 1pm. A further celebration will be held at the Bunnythorpe Community Centre Saturday 30 November 2024 1pm followed by Thommo's last shout at the Bunnythorpe Rugby Club. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Manawatu Rugby Supporters Club can be left at the service. Aroha Funerals 092961527

I am so sad at Thommo`s passing. I worked with Thommo for many years at Kiwi Harvest Ltd and enjoyed his immense enthusiasm and passion for everything he ventured into including his strong support for the Act Party. Rest in peace my friend
