John THOMASON Obituary

THOMASON, John David. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at Hospice, West Auckland, aged 83 years. Loved father to Angela, Christine and Jennifer. Father-in-law to Grant and Barrie. Grandpa to Steff, Jarrod, Aimee, Alec, Cameron, Ashleigh, Danielle. Great-Granpa to Indie. A private farewell will be held to honour his memory. "Forever remembered and in our hearts"

So sorry to hear of Johns passing.I knew him for some years playing tennis at the Mt Albert Tennis Club ..he was a extremely pleasant person with a dry sense of humor .loved his tennis and I think went nearly every year to the Aussie Open . Lost touch after he stopped playing.My deepest condolences to his family.RIP John ...Jai Sengupta
