STONEHAM, John Richard. Regtl. No. 047917, 2nd Platoon NZ Ammunition Company, NZASC . On 19 March 2018. Passed peacefully in his 97th year. Devoted husband and mate of Mavis for 71 happy years. Loved father and father in law of Alan (deceased), Carol and Russell, Leslie (deceased) and Susan. Grandfather of Jeff, Wendy and David (deceased), Mark, Tracy and Karl, Karen and Greg, Daniel and Kelsea. Great Grandfather of Sam, Jordan, Eden, Martin, Ethan, Kate, Sarah, Joseph, Lauren, Jayda, Levi, Amber and Deklyn. Thanks to staff at Aria Gardens Albany for their kindness and care of John. The funeral will be held at North Shore Memorial Park Chapel, 235 Schnapper Rock Rd, Albany 10am on Thursday 22 March. In lieu of flowers a donation to St John's Ambulance would be appreciated.
