John SPEEDY Obituary

SPEEDY, John William. On 20 June 2020, John passed peacefully into the presence of His Lord and Saviour whom he loved and served throughout his life. Dearly loved husband of Barbara. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:" A celebration of John's life will be held on Thursday 25th June, 11am at the Church of Christ (NZ), Corner of Mount Albert and Dominion Roads, Mount Roskill. All communications to Church of Christ NZ, 8 Mount Roskill Road, Auckland 1041.

Dear Barbara,
It is with heartfelt sadness that I have jus heard of John's passing on. My love & deepest sympathy go out to you upon the loss of such a precious man. I feel very privileged to have known you both and reflect on those wonderful times we had. Such a talented man was John who showed us how to be humble and live life according to the scriptures. His paintings will remain in prominent places on my walls.
Please accept my love and sincerest sympathy albeit so late.

SPEEDY, John William. Passed away on Saturday 20th June 2020. Dearly loved brother of David and Beverley Speedy. Loved Uncle of Christine and Lawrence Baker, Annette and Lindsay Pahl (Shanghai), Shane and Stacey Speedy, Leonie and Nick, Kinghorn and Andrew and Heather Speedy. Dearly loved brother of Patricia and Gary Young and Larry Speedy (Vancouver) and Graeme Speedy (deceased) and Norah Speedy and Ashleigh Speedy (Zimbabwe) will be sadly missed by all the family.
