John SKINNER Obituary

SKINNER, John Edward. With great sadness we announce that John passed away on the 27th December 2023 aged 95. John was sharp as a pin and cracking jokes right to the end. Loved father of David, Paul, Russell and Helen. Father-in-law of Wendy, Christine, Denise, Nigel and Sue. Grandad to Frazer, Hayden, Shelley, Victoria, Jake, Leith, Nikita, Kylie, Dannielle, Kimberley and Ben. John will be sadly missed and always hold a place in our hearts. In keeping with his wishes a private cremation has been held. John always trod the path less travelled, he was part of the Clogging community in Auckland, at 60 he retrained as an engineer and was a prominent cyclist in his younger years.
