RICHARDSON, John Nowell Gliddon. Manager of Royal Wanganui Opera House (1988-2016). Passed away in Auckland, surrounded by family on Tuesday 6th May 2025, aged 70 years. Dearly loved husband of Pam. Much loved father and father in law of Karen and Matt Thomasen, Amanda, and Edward. Adored Grandad of Isaac and Soren. Details of a memorial service in Whanganui will be advised. To Pam and family, this note is to convey my condolences to you all on the death of John. Although we lost contact with you after we left Whanganui we often asked after you all on our infrequent visits to Whanganui. We now live in Whanganui in our retirement and fondly remember our earlier time here. I am forever grateful for the love and hospitality of John's mother Margaret and our friendship in those times.
