John PRESTON Obituary

Preston, John Richard. Son of Chris and Collette, brother to Alan. Cherished husband to Colleen, loved father of Noah and Julia, the best Poppa to Finn, Elle, Laila and Sylvie, beloved Uncle to Matt, Tim, Laura and Lach. On 13 September, a man whose heart had given so much to others in his 79 years died peacefully surrounded by family. A memorial celebration of John's life will be held at 2pm on Saturday October 4th at The Alderman in Henderson. Preston, John Richard. My precious Johnny, Dad, Poppa and Johnny Boy to his family. Poppa John, John and Jacko to others in his life. My soulmate, fun loving friend and true calm confidant of 55 years. A beautiful human being, kind, caring and generous who taught us all that “life is for caring, sharing and giving”.
