John PORTER Obituary

Fond memories of John (JP) at the Birkenhead Bowling club all those years back and a good mate on our Bowling trips away to Rotorua. A fine gentleman who will be missed by all that knew him. RIP John and sincere condolences to the family. Mal Wallace. (Morse)

PORTER, John Robert. An esteemed and respected Life Member and Past President of Birkenhead Bowling Club. John served on the committee for 17 years, 12 of which were as Club Treasurer. His service to the Club and to the sport of Bowls will not be forgotten. Our sincere condolences to Bridget and his family.
