To Christine, Duncan and family ... it's been a lifetime since I last saw Ian, but I remember him well. I can't imagine how difficult a time this must be for you and your family. Thinking of you with fondness. Karen Chretien (Van Skiver).

Played football for memory years and very often had to mark Ian. A gifted footballer who I enjoyed a challenge against and often we would chat.

To his family my condolences. May you rest easy on the golden field in the sky.

Christine and family. My sincere condolences to you all on Ian's passing. While I didn't know him that well he impressed me as being a very thoughtful, intelligent and caring person. Sadly I am in the Gold Coast and unable to get back to Kohimarama until early next year so will not be able to attend the service in December. My thoughts will be with you.
