Dear Leslie,
It is with great sadness that I've found this post. I've been searching for you all on the internet for some months as we're due to come on holiday to NZ next week. We'll be in Auckland Friday and Saturday 1&2 Nov.
I have such fond memories of our time with you when you were on exchange with RNH Plymouth. Arriving in UK just 3 months after you wedding! We loved that you could be part of our wedding just a few weeks before Emma was born.
IF you felt up to it, we'd love to catch up.
Tracey & Richard.

John, Leslie and the children have been good friends, particularly in the sailing. John was a very competent crew member in the 1977 Sydney Hobart race during an horrendous storm. We sailed a lot together and when I took my wife and four girls for a cruise around the Pacific Islands, John came as a valued extra crew member and was able to administer his medical knowledge to many islanders in remote areas. We have fond memories and our thoughts go out to Leslie and the family at this time.
Much love Keith, Shirley and the girls.
