MOKOMOKO, John David. Tera te uira e hiko i te rangi. Na runga o Ngati Patumoana kahore ia nei ko te tohu o te mate e tangi haere ana nga uri o Te Whakatohea tohetohe ake nei tohetohe ake nei te whakatohea maurua ki te po e! Passed away peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice on 9th June 2021. Dearly loved husband of the Late Virginia. Devoted father of Juan, Lesley, Kent, Troy, Kane and Jacqui and Mohi. Awesome papa and great papa of many mokopuna, nieces and nephews. A celebration for Dad will be held today Friday 11th June, 11am at Norths Rugby Club, Porirua Park. At the conclusion of the service Dad will be returned back to the family home 121 Gloaming Hill, Titahi Bay. All welcome to visit. Tomorrow, Saturday early morning we will journey home to Waiaua Marae, Opotiki. A funeral service for Dad will be held on Monday 14th June at Waiaua Marae, 10am.
