MILLARD, John Edward. On 18 December 2010 at the Gold Coast Hospital Australia formerly of Tauranga aged 73 years. Dearly loved husband of Lucille and the late Dorothy. Loved father of Kevin, Suzanne and Adele. Loved by his grandchildren and his sisters Valerie, Marcia and Nell. A memorial service to celebrate John's life will be held at the Hamilton Garden Cafe, Cobham Drive, Hamilton on Wednesday 12 January 2011 at 12 noon.
