MACDONALD, John Robert (Jack). Passed away on March 31st 2018, peacefully at Jane Mander Rest Home aged 85 years. Best friend and loving husband for 59 years of the late Eileen, devoted loving father and father in-law of Linda, Karen, Terry & Joanne, Paul & Meow, Wendy, Sandra & David, and Glenn & Rose. Much loved Poppa and Poppa- inlaw of Bree & Kyle, Jordan, Tristan, Michael, Katie & Isaiah, Joel, Luke & Katisha, Emily, and Lucas. Great Grandpa of Macee & Kalia. "A Cherished Rare Diamond who will be terribly missed". A service will be held at Newberrys Funeral Home, corner of Kamo Road and Moodys Avenue, Whau Valley, Whangarei, on Friday 6th April at 1pm, followed by a burial at Kauri Cemetery.
