LAMBERT, John Gourlay (Jack). Jack has blown the final whistle; the game is over. Jack passed away peacefully on 18th October 2021 aged 93 in Tauranga. Dearly loved husband of the late Anne Lambert. Much loved Dad of Dorothy and Paul Monks and Yvonne Lambert and Philip Brown. Loved Grandfather of Chris Monks and Dave Monks and their families. Life Member of Mt Wellington Rugby Club, and Past President of NZ Rugby Referees Association though he did contend not both at the same time. According to his wishes a private gathering has been held off the paddock and his ashes lie with Anne's. Communications to [email protected]

Farewell Jack.... Mt Wellington the house that Jack built will be a quieter place...a well respected ARRA referee and the main Premier ARU ref award presented is in Jacks name so RIP on behalf of the Drew family

LAMBERT, John Gourley (Brother Jack). Past Worshipful District Grand Marshall District Grand Lodge of NZ North Grand Lodge of Scotland St Andrew Lodge 418 SC Royal Order of Scotland Rangimarie Sovereign Chapter No 19 It is with deep regret that we advise the death of our Esteemed Brother Jack Lambert. Brother Jack was a true gentleman and a true Freemason who lived by the principles of the craft and was loved and respected by all who knew him.
