John IVERSEN Obituary

IVERSEN, John Owen. B.E.M. Service # 12922, WO, CEA, RNZN. Aged 81 years. Passed away peacefully at Hibiscus Hospice on 18th July 2014. Adored Husband of the late Joan. Treasured Father to Michael and Jennette, Greg and Tracy, Karen and Seton and Jo-Anne. Grandad to Shane and Imogen, William and Jen, Emma, Nathan, John, Kaha, James, Caitlin, Kelsey, Alex, Harry, Holly, Poppy and Louie. Great grandad to Kyanah, Lucas and Liam, John will lie at home at 23 Snapper Road, Stillwater before a celebration of his life at the Hibsicus Chapel of Faithfull Funeral Services, 35 Red Beach Road, Hibiscus Coast on Tuesday 22nd July at 1.30pm followed by private cremation. Medals to be worn please. In lieu of flowers a donation to Hibiscus Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. IVERSEN, John Owen. On July 18th 2014, Loved brother of Malcolm and Barbara, Devonport, Alaster and Joy, Greenhithe, brother- in-law of Denise and Sandra. Second son of the late Olwyn and Bob Iversen of Devonport and brother to the late Rob, Peter, Lawrie and Greg. Thanks to our parents who provided a happy home in Devonport for their seven sons. Will be missed by his family and many nieces and nephews and friends.
