HODGSON, Emeritus Professor John. (Massey University), D.Sc, (The University of Leeds), FRSNZ. Aged 81, peacefully after a long illness, on 16 October 2018. Dearly loved by all his family. Husband of Ruth. Brother to Mary and Tony, Simon and Cath, and David and Dilys. Father to Mike and Carolyn, Caroline and Alan, Katy and Heather, Richie and Ali, and Dave and Penny. Grandpa to Andrew, Niall, Caitlyn, Izzie, Duncan, Rachel, Max, Bobby, and Logan. Great Grandpa to Amelia, Esther, and April.
