John HAZLETT Obituary

HAZLETT, John Alexander (Jack). Peacefully left us on Thursday 9th April 2015, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband to Cora , father and father-in- law to Elaine and Fay; David and Anna, Neville and Joy; granddad to Melissa, Tane, Felicity, Tim and Eve, and great granddad to Blake, Corban, Quade and Oisin. Much loved brother to Mollie. Special thanks to the staff of Te Omanga Hospice for their love and support of Jack and family. All communications to the Hazlett family can be sent C/- PO Box 30067, Lower Hutt 5040. In lieu of flowers donations to the Te Omanga Hospice, PO Box 30814, Lower Hutt, 5040 would be appreciated, or may be left at the service to be held at St Ronan's Presbyterian Church, 234 Muritai Rd, Eastbourne at 2:30pm on Monday 13th April.
