Farewell generous, kind, thoughtful Dad who was also blessed with a quirky sense of humour and the greenest plant growing thumb you could ever imagine - singing wasn't his highlight but his impecible memory of his past and love of science, books, education and where he resided in Browns Bay was - all that will travel with him forever. He taught me a lot especially when he jumped on his soap box to debate a science topic like astronomy or climate change - his fav, but there were more of course! He also embraced technology in his later years and spent many hours feeding his intellectual mind - always has always will. Goodbye JH.

It's not going to be the same around the noisy table without the booming voice of our dear friend John. Suddenly breaking out into song! Answering all our questions! Funny! Beautiful smile! Our dear friend.! We are going to miss you every day as you were very special to us. Our circle is broken and we are heart broken too. Love from Joan, Bill and Gloria. Travel safe my friend.
Condolences to family.
