John FURNISS Obituary
FURNISS, John Hoyle. Born December 4, 1953. Passed away on August 11, 2021. Much loved by wife Oriel, children Opal and Linden, grandchildren Sakura and Miyo. Funeral will be at the Ahuroa Fire Station, 383 West Coast Road, Ahuroa at 11am 18 August. Donations to Hospice are welcome.

It seems many years ago - it is - that John (and Oriel) was a good friend. He certainly 'took the biscuit' (in the sense he was remarkable) as I was reminded in a shop in Cornwall...

We were so sorry to hear of John's passing.
I know this is very late, but have only just heard, and wanted to acknowledge that he became a friend. We enjoyed the chats at break time. He loved to talk about his family and how much you all meant to him, especially his granddaughter.
Our sympathy to you all.
