COOK, John. Passed away at Tauranga Hospital on 18 July 2017. Much loved husband of Roberta. Loved Father of Julie, Ruth, Pamela and the late Anne and their families. Loved step-father of Carl and Grant Nelson and their families. A service for John will be held at St Peters Anglican Church, corner Beach Road and Carisbrook Street Katikati, on Tuesday 25th July 2017 at 12.30pm followed by private cremation.
