Jack lived a fuller life than anyone we've known, and did it with dignity. A strong man in both body and mind of genuine down-to-earth integrity. We salute his kindness, generosity, and friendly nature. Go well Jack.

To all of Jacks family and close friends condolences from us and thinking of you all in these sad times. I thank Jack for his strong example of a good person and can only try to emanate his achievements. A great man a sad lose who influenced a lot of people for the better.
