John BAYLISS Obituary

BAYLISS, John Gordon. Born August 21, 1941. Passed away on November 25, 2024. John was peacefully returned to sender on 25 November, 2024, in the presence of his beloved wife Marjory of 62 years and family: son David and daughter Sharon. Metallurgist, Boatbuilder, Aviator, Teacher and proud Grandfather to Scott and Crystal. After a long final glide, at John's request and without ceremony, he now soars on in peace. A private cremation has taken place.

Very sad to be hear of Johns passing,a true gentleman,my memory of John was way back at Pacific Steel I went for an interview after work and arrived at Pacific very late but John waited in the middle of winter in the dark and rain to interview me.I got the job.I will always be thinking of you.Graham and Ann
