BANKS, John William (Jack). Born: 18 May 1920 Left us in his 96th year on Sunday 13th December 2015 Loved husband of the late Nola Banks Loved Father of Garry and Dianna, Kaye and Frank, Lynn and the late Morrie, Gayle and the (late Grahame) and Jimmy Loved Poppa of 10 grandchildren And loved great poppa of 25 great grandchildren. "Breathe Easy, Stand tall and No regrets, Love always and forever" A celebration of Jacks life will be held at the Buckland's Beach Yacht Club Ara - Tai Drive Half Moon Bay Buckland's Beach Auckland on Thursday 17th December 2015 at 2pm. To the family of Jack Banks. My partner John McCormack and I are the proud and happy current owners of the T32, Huszar. We only heard today of Jack Bank's death and wish to send you all our heartfelt condolences. He was a specially lovely man and we think of him with thanks every time we sail Huszar, the most elegant and graceful of all T32's, and with such a proud history. We are so sorry we did not know in time of the service otherwise we would have attended. If there is still a copy of the service programme, we would cherish receiving it. Our sincere condolences. Sorry to hear of Jacks passing, he certainly was one of Natures Gentlemen, I have fond memories as a young guy doing milk runs with Jack, a great mentor. Condolences to all the family. Darryl and Diana Knight
