My sincerest condolences to Janine, family and friends. I have know Bruce since his rugby playing days with HSOB, when he worked for the MOW. I have always appreciated him as a loyal friend, whose thoughtful advice was always to be valued. His good humour, optimism and courage made his company always something to be enjoyed and while I and many others will mourn his loss, I shall always remember what a great guy he was and what a privilege it was to have counted him as a friend.

We are both saddened to hear of Bruce's sudden passing.
Having worked with Bruce on many different projects over the last 30 years he became our first choice architect to design our own new home which we moved into only 6 months ago. Bruce had an ability to listen to and understand what we, as his clients, wanted to achieve. Bruce took our ideas and came back with a design which showed his flare for detail in our very special living spaces which we know we will enjoy for many years to come.
We will miss Bruce in our local area but feel privileged to live in one of his creations.
Deepest sympathy to Janine and family.

It is a sad day to lose such a talented architect and a loyal customer. His design lives on in the house he modified for us. Our thoughts are with the family.

We are both heart broken by Bruce's passing but are comforted by so many happy memories of our time with him over the past 52 years from the first day I met him in the hallway of the Government Buildings on our first day as "cadets" in the MOW Architectural division.
Our thoughts are with Janine, Rai and Marcy and partners.
