CARTER, Jocelyn Mary On Tuesday 4th November 2014 in Whakatane Hospital after a short illness, aged 71. Much loved by all her family and friends. A funeral service for Jocelyn will be held in the Whakatane Crematorium Chapel, Ohope Road, Whakatane on Friday 7th November at 11am followed by a private cremation.
