WATERHOUSE, Joan Elizabeth (nee McIlraith). Born September 4, 1933. Passed away on March 12, 2022. Passed away peacefully at Mercy Parklands in her 89th year. Wife of David (deceased) mother of Mandy and Steve Rasmussen, Mike (deceased) and Julie, and Margo and Bruce Lockie. Noani of Elise, Monique, Brendan, Michael and Ryan and Great Noani of Miles. Special thanks to everyone at Mercy Parklands for their wonderful care of Mum. As per Joan's wishes a private family service has taken place.

My grandfather was William McIlraith, brother to
Joan's father Lyle. My mother was Merle McIlraith and I clearly remember visiting all of their family, including Joan, as a very small child when they lived in Parnell.

On behalf of our side of the McIlraith family, please
accept our sincere condolences on your recent loss.

I was occasionally in touch with Buzz over the years and attended his funeral at Purewa.
