Joan HILL Obituary

HILL, Joan Ruth (nee Matheson). Peacefully at Thames Hospital, on 30th July, 2021; Aged 91 years. Dearly loved and treasured wife of the late John and much loved mother of Barbara and Bryan Clements (Te Awamutu), Christine and Jim Barbour (Hamilton), Douglas Hill (Matamata), Liz and David Green (Paeroa/ Whitianga). Dear Nana of Rebecca, Sarah, Richard, Robert, Marion, Michael, Lisa and Great-Nana of 15. Her strong faith in God, her love of family and music has contributed to a long and happy life. 'In thy presence is fullness of joy.' Special thanks to staff of Ohinemuri Rest Home and Thames Hospital for their loving care of Joan. A celebration of Joan's life will be held at the Paeroa Co- Operating Parish Church, Willoughby St, Paeroa, on Wednesday 4th August, at 11am, followed by interment at Pukerimu Cemetery, Paeroa.
