Joan FRASER Obituary

FRASER, Joan (nee Land). (JP Retired.) 26/09/33 - 05/09/2014, peacefully after a long courageous battle, dearly loved wife of the late Jim Fraser, adored mother of Carol and Delwyn Land, sports watching friend of John Wells and Graeme Austin, Treasured Nana of Luke McLachlan and Ben Land- Maycock, Long time friend of the late Harley Land. Daughter of the late Grace and much loved youngest Sister and Aunt of the Lorimer families. Joan will be home with her family at 63B Karina Road, New Plymouth until her funeral. A celebration of Joan's life will be held at the Taranaki Cathedral Church of St Mary, Vivian Street, New Plymouth on Tuesday 9th of September at 1.00pm, followed by a committal at Awanui Cemetery. So sad to hear tht aunty Joan has past away. She was an awesome lady I remember growing up she would call in to say hello in her sales days when she visited then jack starks in Eltham. Love to you all at this sad time. Love from Francie (nee knox) Geurts and families.
