Jill HANCOCK Obituary

HANCOCK, Jill Theresa (nee Finnerty). Peacefully on 18 July 2025 at Waikato Hospital in the company of her family. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Denis (Paddy), mother and mother-in-law of Steve (Whitianga), Terry and Ursula (Hamilton) and Barry (Cambridge). Much loved Nana of Nathan, Renee, Georgia and Kristin. Sister and sister-in-law of Angela, late of Palmerston North, and Russell and Rosalba of Wellington. With thanks to the staff of Assisi Home and Hospital, staff at OPR, Waikato Hospital and Waikato Hospice. Rosary for Jill will be held at 4:30 pm on Wednesday 23 July at the Atawhai Assisi Chapel, 158 Matangi Road, Hamilton. A Requiem Mass for Jill will be held at Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 494 Grey Street, Hamilton East at 1:30 pm on Thursday 24 July followed by interment at Newstead Cemetery Hamilton.
