Jerko POSA Obituary

POSA, Jerko (Jerry) Nikola. Passed away at Waikato Hospital on 7 March 2015. Aged 85 years. Beloved husband of Ratka (Elizabeth) for 48 years. Dearly loved father of Marina and Gaetano, Tanya and John. Loved Dide of Jonathan, Sophia, Antonia and Francesca. Much loved: you will be dearly missed. Pocivao u Miru Funeral prayers will be recited at St Joseph's Catholic Church, Thames Street, Morrinsville on Thursday 12 March at 11.00 a.m. followed by pri-vate interment at Waikumete Cemetery. Ratka and her family give special thanks to the doctors and caregivers at Waikato Hospital for their support and care. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Alzheimers Society and may be left at the church or posted to P.O. Box 5720, Hamilton. All communications c/- 138 Grey Street, Hamilton 3216.

To Uncle Jerry thank you for all the wounderful child hood memories I will always remember coming to the fish shop which I was little to See you and dad and I always sat up on the bench and you would cook me a sausage and wrap the end it paper so it was not to hot to hold . May you rest in peace .

POSA, Jerko (Jerry) Nikola. Zlato, my darling, the love of my life. My heart is broken but I know you will always be with me, protecting me and telling me "Listen Zlato, be careful, look after yourself, you are everything to me." I have learnt so much from your courage, strength and your fearlessness. Rest easy my Zlato, you will be in my heart forever, till we meet again. Yours always Ratka xxxx
