Kua hinga te totara i te wao nui a Tane
My sincere aroha and thoughts with the wife and family of Jerry
I had the honour and pleasure to work with this man and all though we worked side by side for a short time, the mana if this man became obvious
Kerry was indeed a great Totara and indeed he has left a wonderful legacy and blessed me and many others with his wit, stories, genuine care and his strength
He has gone home and he know doubt will not be backward in letting all and sundry hear his mighty waha be heard as he did in life
Indeed a great totara has fallen in the forest of tane , but the space he has left in the canopy of trees will be filled with growing saplings of his you his family
Jerry , mate ... you were a one off... unparalleled- thank you my friend

Sad to hear of your passing. Jerry we, the Schaw family have lots of fond memories of fun times at FairField Farm in CHB. Remember the Snaps drink, will we have a great photo of that, Possum hunting,docking and lots more. Thinking of you and your family at this sad time. Schaw Family

Jerry, mate, friend ,colleague , story teller , hunter, some you can rely on and so much more, too young .
We had a lot of laughs and we will have many more over stories and those times during EQC days. You'll be sadly missed.
No more PG's , last warnings whilst you are there, as I am not planning on attending.
