Jennifer WILSON-STEWART Obituary

WILSON-STEWART, Jennifer Greet. Of Matapouri peacefully started her next journey on July 31st 2025 aged 82. She will be dearly missed by Jennabeth and Helena. Much loved by her sister Elizabeth, her brother- in-law Colin, her parents Lena and Sam Wilson-Stewart and her extended family. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Matapouri Hall Society. Friends and family are welcome to join us on Tuesday 5th August at 10:30 at the Maunu Crematorium, Gate 5, Cemetery Road Whangarei. A further memorial will be held to celebrate Jennifer's life on Sunday 10th August from 11:00am at the Matapouri Hall. A Graceful Undertaking 09 9889502

It is with sadness that I learnt of Jennifer´s passing. My last recollection of her is doing the carpark duty at the annual Matapouri Gala in January of this year. What a wonderful lady to have in the Matapouri community, so generous with her time and ensuring that the Matapouri Hall maintains its important role. She will be remembered with fondness and appreciation for her hard work.
