HIGGINS, Jennifer Kay (Lady Higgins) (nee Johnson). On Thursday November 29, 2012 (peacefully) surrounded by family at Arohanui Hospice. Dearly loved and best friend of Sir Patrick. Treasured mother and mother-in-law of Shane and Shelley, Jane and Grant McCaskie, Margaret and Stuart Waters, Brigid and Ian van der Veen. Much loved Grandma of Ashley, Caitlin, and James; Jordyn, Hannah, and Scott; Charlotte, and Hamish; Todd, and Daniel. Dearly loved sister and sister- in-law of Wendy and John Mansell (Australia). "A very special person. Rest in Peace". A farewell service for Lady Higgins will be held at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, on Thursday December 6, 2012, at 2pm. Thereafter private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations to Arohanui Hospice, PO Box 5349, Palmerston North, would be appreciated or may be left in Cathedral foyer.
