Geoff, you and Trish were great friends to me and Ray. Our time in Tairua is unforgettable and special and l can't believe you are no longer with us. Trish, you were an amazing wife to Geoff and that love you had for each other never goes away. He's with Pip now and together they will be watching over you. Sending you all my love Leola

We seldom had the opportunity to meet Jeff, but on those occasions we found his affable and easy-going nature made very pleasant company.
John and Joan were extremely happy when looking forward to your shared evenings and always spoke fondly of Jeff, and you too Trish, of course. You made a great couple.
Unfortunately we will not be able to attend the service tomorrow following advice to avoid too much stress.
Our thoughts will be with you and Libby tomorrow., as they have been since we heard the sad news.

We met Jeff and Trish on the bus from Paeroa to Auckland for a cruise to Hawaii and back. This resulted in dinners shows, excursions and drinks rendezvous for the next 3 weeks. Jeff´s charm and wit and warmth made this a most memorable experience. So sorry for your loss Trish.

Often recall work times together and our chats and visiting you both at your home next to golf course. And a great trailer to borrow!

Words fail me to express my deepest condolences to the Mills family and especially Trish his wife of many years. He was a rock to Trish always there and thinking of his family.
I was blessed to see Jeff a month ago sitting outside with his brother talking about their earlier life in the UK.
He will be greatly missed by all the wonderful friends and family that surrounded him.

Words fail me to express my sincere admiration to a wonderful man Jeff Mills.
I so much enjoyed his sense of humour and his wonderful stories he told me about his earlier life.
He was Tish's rock and he so much love his family.
I was blessed to see him about a month ago with his brother sitting outside with that lovely smile he often had. He will be greatly missed.

We shared our last meal together on Wednesday night,some conversation and laughter.

The importance of all your firemen mates you had worked with over the years.
It was you who introduced us to Longridge.
The love of family, history, a wee glass of red wine,music,gardening,was so evident.
