Jean
I have very good memories of staying the weekends at your place. Riding the horses and voluntarily to milk the cows in the morning. Deborah was not impressed lol. I weren´t either when I realised what I had gotten myself into.
But loved coming out to stay.
You were my second Mum.
Thank you for being in my life.

Dear Aunty Jean, I will always remember your warmth, your calmness and your kindness. I can hear your breezy voice and your soft chuckle when you laughed every time I think of you. It gives me great comfort to know that you and Uncle Colin had a wonderful, long life together, that makes me smile. I have the most amazing, happy memories of Christmas holidays at the beach with you and the clan. Those were the days.
Rest in Love Aunty Jean and know that you´ll always be remembered as one of a kind, one of the good ones, the best of the best.
Sending love to Deborah, Donna, Robyn and Anna, Fraser and Sid, and all your Grandchildren and Great- Grand children.

Jean, you were a kind , wise lady who we treasured and never forgot. You Taught me so much when Danny and I arrived to work for you on your farm at the age of 18 . I was Auckland girl, hairdressing in Queen street , we decided to go farming and ended up at your farm. You taught me to bottle fruit, make a vege garden and make jam. You and Colin were always welcoming to Danny and I and your cooking was delicious.we loved your girls , Deborah and sometimes her friend Shryel would come across the paddock to our house for a visit where there smokes were in the top cuboard , you probably knew that.lol
Always in my heart Jean .Rest in peace.
