Jean DREW Obituary

If it hadn't been for Jean, I may never have become an author. She inspired me to begin my journey with a talk at the local library. Later Wendy Vella and I formed a critique group with Jean which was a huge help in us becoming better writers. We also shared a room at conferences for several years. I will always remember her fondly, with gratitude and admiration. Jean truly did so much for our author community when she founded Romance Writers of New Zealand.

So very sad to hear of Jean passing. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. I met Jean in the early 2000's when she attended an RWA conference in the US. May she rest in peace.
