Janice NEIGHBOUR Obituary

NEIGHBOUR, Janice Betty (Janny) (nee Grand). On 22 December 2022 peacefully at home surrounded by family, after a long illness. Janice enjoyed 80 magical years of life, love and laughter. Precious, dearly loved and adored wife of Jim, mum of Stu and Derek. Loving nanny of Zoe, Levi and Neko. Dearly loved by her daughter-in-law Bex and much loved by Robine. Dearly loved sister of Roswyn and loved daughter of the late Hilda and Albert Grand. Any messages for the family please send c/o Neighbour Family, PO Box 50514 Porirua. A service to celebrate Janice's life will be held in Whenua Tapu's Crematorium Chapel, Airlie Road, Pukerua Bay on Thursday 29 December at 1.30pm. I´m soo sad to hear Janice is no longer with us. She was soo lovely and pleasant and was so good to me when I stayed with you guys in 2004/2005. I know she will be much missed and sending my thoughts to Jim and the rest of the family xxx

From the moment you were born I loved you, held you in my arms (on the bus) when you were 2 weeks old, we loved and fought our way through childhood, than sailed over the seas to our new home, New Zealand. We looked after each other, cried with each other, shared our dreams, weddings and children. I will miss you more than I can say, such an enormous gap in my life that no one can fill in quite the same way. Love you my beautiful little sis. Roswyn
