Jack AINSWORTH Obituary

AINSWORTH, Jack. Passed away peacefully at Middlemore Hospital on 3 December 2025 aged 91 years, with family by his side. Loved husband of Raewyn and the late Edith. Father to Gillian and Karen, Father in-law to Bruce. Grandad to Lucy, Samantha, Tom, and Jessica. Stepfather and step- grandfather to the Nicholson and O'Brien families. A service to celebrate Jack's life will be held at St Colomba Presbyterian Church, 480 Ti Rakau Drive, Botany on Wednesday 10 December at 10 am. Followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Middlemore Foundation or SPCA.
