Janice AITCHISON Obituary

Aitchison, Janice Fay (Jan) (Nee Thompson). Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Waikato Hospital after she had suffered from a lung infection. No more suffering. Mum had led a happy life while she resided at Matamata Country Lodge. She loved to play indoor bowls, coloring in and jigsaw puzzles. Mum was a happy go lucky person, who had a witty sense of humour. She was well loved by all that knew her, which included close friends and family. She is survived by me, her daughter, Denise, her stepson Jason. Nana to Alicia and Jamie, great nana to Ethan, Moana, Joseph and Josiah. Sister in law to James, Lois, Keith and Barry. She is at peace now and is with her parents, her son, Troy and her cat, Stripes. We had a memorial for mum at home surrounded by close friends and family. Her ashes are here with us.
