Janette LONG Obituary

LONG, Janette (nee Innes). On 23 February 2023, peacefully after a short illness, aged 74 years. Loved wife of Murray. Amazing Mother and Mother-in-law of Marissa and Brian Morris, Jason and Pip, Angie and Regan. Adored Nana of Emersyn and Lucky, Keegan, Robson, Edie, Willa and Arlo. Great-nana of the late Theo. Sister of Ian Innes. Loved by all her extended family and friends. A celebration of Janette's life will be held at Zenders, 44 Hopkins Road, Newstead, Hamilton, Friday 3rd March at 2pm. A private family cremation has been held.

So sorry to come across this news. When I was a little girl and I started working delivering the waikato times she was the smile everyday. Some people who make big impacts are remembered forever. Sending love and thoughts to her family x

To all the family. I wish to send my deepest sympathy. I feel privileged to have had her share such a big portion of my life in Hamilton. She had such a generosity of spirit & was such a wonderful person. My thoughts & prayers are with you all.
