GUINEY, Janet (nee Knapper). It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Janet Guiney, affectionately known to her family as "Granjan," on April 1, 2025, at Thames Hospital. Janet, the cherished wife of the late Desmond Guiney, devoted mother to Wayne and Kim, a treasured Granma to Michelle and Shane, Nicole and Luke, and a great grandma to Blake and Mia. Janet's kindness, warmth, and fierce independence enriched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her legacy of love, resilience, and compassion will continue to inspire her family and friends during this difficult time. In accordance with her wishes, a private cremation has been conducted.
