PERDOK, Jan. On July 6 2017, peacefully at Mercy Hospice, in his 74th year. Dearly loved husband of Helen. "Free from pain, Now at peace". A service to celebrate Jan's life will be held in the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Crematorium, St Johns Road, Meadowbank on Wednesday, July 12 2017 at 12 noon.
